Starting in August 2017, the IMH Medical Social Work department have been collaborating with doctors, pharmacists and occupational therapists to conduct monthly Caregiver Roadshows in IMH as an initiative to reach out to caregivers of persons with mental illness, community partners and members of the public.
The multi-disciplinary mental healthcare professionals aim to unravel mental illness, through explanations of available treatments and therapies, psychiatric medications and their side effects.
